Use of YesMart USA constitutes acceptance of these terms. The platform may suspend or remove accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or violations of U.S. law. Sellers are fully responsible for their listings, product accuracy, quality, and customer service.

2. Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping for All Buyers
All sellers on YesMart USA are responsible for paying all shipping costs (outbound shipping to buyers and return shipping). This means buyers enjoy free shipping on all orders.
Return Policy Details
- • Return window: 30 days after delivery
- • Seller pays all return shipping costs: The seller is responsible for return shipping, regardless of the reason for return
- • Photo verification required: Returns must include live photos taken with your camera (photos from gallery are not accepted)
- • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after seller receives and verifies the returned item
Return Verification Requirements
To initiate a return, buyers must provide:
- • Live photos only: Photos must be taken in real-time using your device camera
- • Gallery photos not accepted: Pre-existing photos cannot be used for returns
- • Clear product condition: Photos must clearly show the product and reason for return
This policy prevents fraudulent returns and ensures fair protection for both buyers and sellers.
3. Payments & Stripe Verification
Payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect. Stripe performs KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification to comply with U.S. financial regulations.
Stripe Verification Requirements
Stripe may collect the following for seller verification:
- Social Security Number (SSN), ITIN, or EIN
- Bank account information for payouts
- Government-issued ID (driver's license, passport)
- Business information (for business entities)
- Tax forms (IRS 1099-K for tax reporting)

Platform Fees
Payouts: Seller payouts are released one day after confirmed delivery.
4. Seller Agreement
Seller Eligibility
- 18 years or older
- U.S. residents or registered U.S. business entities
- Successfully verified through Stripe Connect's KYC/AML process
Seller Capabilities
- Import product listings from Amazon or eBay for quick setup
- Set individual shipping policies (buyer pays, seller pays, or shared cost)
- Manage inventory, pricing, and product descriptions
- Communicate with buyers through AI-moderated chat
Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure product listings are accurate and honest
- Ship items within the promised timeframe
- Provide tracking information for all shipments
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
- Handle returns according to platform policy
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
Geographic Restrictions
The marketplace operates exclusively within the United States. Listings from other regions may be removed. International shipping is not supported.
5. Prohibited Items
Strictly Prohibited:
Enforcement: Listings violating these prohibitions will be immediately removed, and repeat offenders may face permanent account suspension.
6. Messaging & AI Moderation
YesMart USA provides a built-in messaging system for buyer-seller communication regarding orders, products, and shipping.
🤖 AI Moderation Blocks:
- Profanity, insults, and abusive language
- Spam and repetitive messages
- Hate speech and discriminatory language
- Attempts to conduct transactions outside the platform
- Requests for personal contact information or off-platform payment
- Phishing attempts or suspicious links

7. Dispute Resolution
Order Dispute Process:
- 1.Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through platform chat
- 2.If unresolved, either party can open a formal dispute through support@yesmartusa.com
- 3.YesMart USA will review evidence from both parties (photos, tracking info, messages)
- 4.A resolution will be provided within 5-7 business days
Refunds May Be Issued If:
- • Item not received despite confirmed shipment
- • Item significantly different from description
- • Item defective or damaged upon arrival
- • Seller fails to ship within promised timeframe
Legal Disputes: Any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with U.S. law in the State of Florida.
